We have been asked to work on the website and CD packaging for Brighton-based singer/songwriter, Emily Baker. Her debut album, House of Cards, is due to be released this autumn. Watch this space for more news!

It's good to be working with our friends Katie and Chris on the revamp and optimisation of the website for their company Mountain Spaces - catered and self-catering chalets and apartments in the French Alps. The new look website will be launched in the next couple of weeks.

Frances Ruffelle's new EP has now been released on iTunes and should be available as a hard copy soon. Her new album, Imperfectly Me, which also has a Simply Marvellous designed sleeve, will be released at the begiining of September after her stint at the Edinburgh Festival.

The second album from Hafdis Huld is due for release in the UK on June 28th. Already a hit album in her native Iceland, this album is the follow up to her debut Dirty Paper Cup and features a sleeve designed by Simply Marvellous Creative.

It's always great to be working with a musician at the beginning of their career and watching them grow and so we are delighted to be working on the website for singer/songwriter Liz Lawrence who's career looks set to take off very soon. The holding page, which gives an idea of what the finished website will look like, is now live.

The last week has seen Simply Marvellous Creative working on an EP design for West End and Broadway star Frances Ruffelle.
Frances Ruffelle rose to fame as one of the original cast members of Les Miserables when it opened in London and has also represented the UK in the Eurovision Sing Contest. We are now looking forward to designing the sleeve for her forthcoming album.

Hermione Hennessy's album Songs My Father Taught Me, with it's Simply Marvellous artwork, spent a total of five weeks at number one in the Irish Indie album charts. We'd like to think this was down to the design combined with social marketing campaign but, of course, really it comes down to it being a really great record.

Following a recommendation by Hermione Ross at Black & Blonde Creative Solutions, Simply Marvellous Creative have been asked to design and build the website for young singer Skyla. Watch this space for details of the launch soon.

It was a great privilege to be asked to work on the packaging for the first CD release of Christie Hennessy's debut album which has become affectionately known as The Green Album. Only 500 copies of the LP were originally released back in 1974 and it has become something of a collectors item ever since. The original cover artwork has been maintained for the CD with new sleevenotes designed by Simply Marvellous Creative.
