Happy New Year! We are delighted to start the new year by announcing that we have been asked to work on a new website for Eddi Reader. The site is scheduled to go live at the end of January.
December 2011 - A Busy Month!
December was a busy month for us with websites for Reveal Records and Ukrainian pop star Kamaliya going live. We also put the finishing touches to artwork for a CD from State of the Union - a collaboration between Boo Hewerdine and Brooks Williams. A simple State of the Union website followed too!
November 2011 - Website for The Alan Kelly Gang
Traditional Irish musicians, The Alan Kelly Gang, asked Simply Marvellous Creative to design and build their new website after being recommend our services by Boo Hewerdine.
November 2011 - Website & creative for Revitalise
With a successful health and well-being centre in Hove, Revitalise asked Simply Marvellous Creative to design and build them a new website to coincide with their expansion into Brighton. Since completeing the website we have also worked on several design projects for them. See some of the work we have completed for Revitalise.
October 2011 - Kami Thompson's Love Lies finally to be released
We've been working with Kami Thompson for many years and are pleased that her debut album is being released by Warner Music on October 24th. Of course, we are even more delighted that we were asked to design the artwork and Kami's new website.
September 2011 - Citizen Helene website
A mutual admiration of each others work led to Simply Marvellous Creative Being asked to design and build a website for London-based singer, songwriter and guitarist Citizen Helene.
September 2011 - Website for singer, Kevin Ahart
Our friends at H&I Music have asked to build a website for Texan singer, Kevin Ahart.
July 2011 - H&I Music website
Simply Marvellous Creative have built a strong working relationship H&I Music's Managing Director's Hermione and Amber Ross, and now work with several of their clients. We were delighted to build them a new website that higlights some of the many aspects of their work in the music industry.
July 2011 - Century Mint Global Investment
Our services were recommended to Century Mint Global Investment by another happy customer and we straight away got to work creating a website that reflected the value of the nature of the business, the products being sold and the audience being targetted.
July 2011 - Hermione Hennessy
Back in 2010 we created a website and CD artwork for the Irish release of Hermione Hennessy's debut album, Songs My Father Taught Me. For the international release of the album this summer, we were asked to some up with a whole new look. The artist is very pleased with the results!
July 2011 - Jennifer Crook's website
After previously working on a temporary holding page design for Jennifer Crook's website, we completed the site to tie in with the launch of her second album Merry-Go-Round at the beginning of July.
June 2011 - The Bible website
As a art student, Simply Marvellous Creative's Art Director, Martin Rowsell, used to listen to Eighties indie-pop band The Bible. So, imagine his delight when we were asked to design and build the band's website to mark their 25th anniversary reunion concerts!
May 2011 - Andrea Glass website
We have created the temporary website for Andrea Glass and will be building the full site shortly. Meanwhile, by visiting the new site now, you can download a free copy of Andrea's latest single just by adding your name to the mailing list!
May 2011 - Seahaven Business Awards
We were delighted to have come third in the Business Of The Year category in the Seahaven Business Awards organised by Newhaven Chamber of Commerce. After only a year in business, to come third among the many businesses in the Newhaven, Peacehaven and Seaford areas of East Sussex, was an achievement of which we are immensely proud!
May 2011 - Hermione Hennessy
After it's successful release in Ireland last year, Hermione Hennessy's debut album, Songs My Father Taught Me will be released on Warners this Spring with completely new packaging designed by Simply Marvellous Creative. We will also be working on a new website, based on the new design.
May 2011 - Emily Baker
Emily Baker's debut album, House Of Cards with it's Simply Marvellous artwork, is now available to buy on iTunes and Amazon.
May 2011 - Iliana King
Broadening out horizons beyond the folk and acoustic music scene, we were recently asked to create a flyer for new pop singer Iliana King whose debut single, I Will Be King was released at the beginning of May. The single can be downloaded from iTunes.
April 2011 - Jennifer Crook
Simply Marvellous Creative were pleased to work on the website for musician Jennifer Crook. Our services were recommended to her by Boo Hewerdine who has recently produced her second album, Merry-Go-round, due out soon. At present the site is very limited but we hope to work on the full site later in the year.
March 2011 - gr8 shakes
We were recently asked to create the branding, signage and several pieces of printed material for new Brighton milkshake venue, gr8 shakes, which opens in Brighton Square, in The Lanes, on Saturday 19th March 2011.
March 2011 - Mountain Spaces
After working on the winter website for Mountain Spaces in 2010, we were delighted to add the same style and ease of use to the company's summer site which has just gone live.
March 2011 - Miss Stitch
We were approached to create a website and postcard mailing for Miss Stitch who offer children's sewing parties in the Twickenham area of London. The website has just gone livea website. Both feature stitched felt animals, ribbons and buttons to hopefully attract the right target audience.
