Whilst employed by Zerofiftyone, Martin Rowsell was involved in coming up with some ideas for a campaign sought by Cambridgeshire County Council to promote recycling.
Although none of Zerofiftyone's work was used, this idea is shown here because of the fun and interesting way in which it fulfilled the brief. Using Weight Watchers and similar diet programmes as a guide, Martin came up with "Waste Watchers" and "Slim Your Bin" as straplines and images that suggested that happiness could be found by recycling and inviting the audience to "Aim For Zero Waste" with the size zero controversy in the news at the time these visuals were created.
